Cancellation Policy

livegardensplants.com aim in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the livegardensplnats.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Eid, Birthday, Valentine’s Day, special celebrations day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email/SMS or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. This rate is applicable with in Dubai and Sharjah Emirates



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages

livegardesnplants.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if its managed and shipped by third-party as per your request. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Conditions for Returns

• CANCELLATION POLICY:

           Cancellation of Order:

         2. The deadline for Cancelling an Order is within 48 hours, after once you have placed an order in our website or via placing a direct order. However, if the Order has been communicated to the respective vendors/merchants. Then they have initiated the process of shipping them. And so, the cancellation of such Orders could not be possible then.

         4. Cancellation of Order request will not be valid for the products/services that were under the Same Day Delivery category.
         5. Cancellation of Order requests will not be valid for the products/services that were under special offers for the occasions like Eid, Valentine’s Day, special celebrations day etc. As these are limited occasion offers and their cancellations are not possible.
      2. In case Products received not satisfactory:
         1. Once you receive your products by any means, and you are not satisfied with the product. Or you find the products with certain kinds of damage in them. Then in order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the products immediately to the delivery agent itself (if possible) or it will be replaced free of charge. And inform Us about your reason for cancellation via email or notify us within 24 hours via Phone call or message to our customer service number. Please make sure to note down Order number and addition of product picture in your mail or message. Order number would be enough when a call is being made.

• Inorder for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The Products were purchased and delivered in the last 1 – 2 days.
2. The Products are in the original packaging in similar condition as you got delivered.

• The following Products cannot be returned:

1. The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
2. The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to its style or re-potted or planted permanently.
4. The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
